Information Request Procedure

Information requests can be submitted in any of the following ways.

  • By letter

    Addressed to the Information and Documentation Management Officer of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, Jl. Rangge Sentap, Desa Dalong Kelurahan Sukaharja, Kecamatan Delta Pawan, Kabupaten Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat 78813.

  • In person

    At PUSPITA (Politap Information Service Centre), Rectorate Building, 1st floor. Monday - Friday 08.00 - 15.00; break 12.00 - 13.00 (Friday 11.30 - 13.00).
