About PPID
PPID stands for Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi, the Information and Documentation Management Officer. The PPID manages and delivers the documents held by a public body, as mandated by Law No. 14 of 2008 on Public Information Disclosure. With a PPID, anyone requesting information is served through a single door, which keeps the process simple.
The PPID is the officer responsible for storing, documenting, providing and/or serving information within a public body.
