What Is the Whistleblowing System?
The Whistle Blowing System (WBS) is a service for employees of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang to report suspected conduct or legal violations within the institution. We keep the reporter's identity confidential. Reporters may withhold their identity and may submit a report under a pseudonym, an alias or anonymously.
Complaint Criteria
If you see or know of suspected corruption or other violations by employees of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, please report through WBS Politap. Reports that meet the criteria will be processed further.

Check your report
Before reporting, make sure the complaint meets the criteria: it contains the 4W+1H elements (What, Who, Where, When, How) and supporting evidence.

Write your complaint on the form below, attach evidence, then press "Send Report".

Report processed
Once sent, the report goes straight to the WBS team and is processed within 7 (seven) working days of receipt. Keep the report code that appears.
Report Form
Your identity is kept confidential. You may use a pseudonym; e-mail and phone are only used if the team needs more information.
Reports are stored encrypted and read only by the WBS team. Your IP address is not stored.
