Coordination Meeting on Study Program Accreditation at Politap

KETAPANG – Monday (12/06/2023). In preparation for Study Program Accreditation within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), all Heads of Department and Study Program Coordinators, accompanied by the Vice Director for Academic Affairs, held an internal meeting in the Politap Director's Meeting Room.

This preparatory meeting was intended to discuss planning for each study program at Politap to prepare for the accreditation process by optimizing the full potential of each study program. Each study program presented its preparation plan for the accreditation process.

At the end of the meeting, a joint discussion session was held to align the perceptions of all coordination meeting participants, aiming to establish seamless communication, coordination, and consolidation until the accreditation process concludes. Overall, the coordination meeting ran smoothly.

Politap continually strives to improve the quality of education and its graduates so that they remain in high demand by the public, with accreditation serving as one benchmark to measure this level of quality.

Accreditation is not only necessary for Politap as an institution, but also at the Study Program level. This is because accreditation determines the eligibility of a Study Program based on criteria referencing the National Higher Education Standards and guarantees the quality of the Study Program in both academic and non-academic fields to serve the interests of students and the public.
