On Wednesday, 6 April 2022, the Director attended a monitoring and evaluation meeting on the First Quarter budget absorption of the Directorate General of Vocational Education, Kemendikbudristek for the 2022 Fiscal Year. This event was attended by the Director, Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance, planning officers, financial managers, and procurement officers.
The Director of Politap, who was present at this event, stated that this budget monitoring and evaluation activity is very positive and is related to the implementation of SAKIP (Government Agency Performance Accountability System); his administration consistently follows up on directives from Echelon I regarding the execution of activities and budgets. The Director stated that his team monitors the execution of activities and budget every month; currently, its budget performance has reached 16.66% and will continue to rise in line with the established schedule. Politap's achievement is higher than the Directorate's absorption performance, which has only reached 11.73%.
Endang added that his team continues to optimize the available budget to achieve the performance targets set through Key Performance Indicators, which have been cascaded into Individual Performance Indicators.
