Director Encourages HMI to Participate in Village Development

On Sunday, 22 August 2021,  at the meeting room of Lecture Building 2 of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), the Director of Politap attended the inauguration of the board members of the Islamic Association of University Students  (HMI) and the HMI-Wati Corps (Kohati) of Ketapang Branch. The event was attended by the Presidium of KAHMI Ketapang, board members of PB-HMI, board members of Badko HMI West Kalimantan, representatives of Dispora, representatives of Ketapang Resort Police, and board members of HMI Ketapang.

In his remarks, the Director welcomed the inauguration of the board members of HMI Ketapang Branch, stating that Politap is deeply committed to character building for the younger generation and that the presence of various youth organizations in Ketapang is able to synergize in enhancing the quality of human resources.

The Director of Politap invited HMI Ketapang Branch to synergize in the Politap Builds Vocational Education from Villages program, aimed at mapping and developing village potential so as to provide added value for villages in the development process.
