Director Leads Preparation Meeting for Public Information Openness Self-Assessment Presentation

Ketapang, 28 November 2022, Located in the Director's meeting room,  the Director led a preparation meeting for the 2022 Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) Public Information Openness self-assessment presentation. Attending this meeting were the Director as the superior of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID), the Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance as PPID, and PPID operational staff consisting of documentation and archives officers, public information management officers, and dispute resolution officers.

The Director outlined the preparations for the self-presentation scheduled for 29 November 2022, which will be delivered by the Director as the PPID superior. The Director explained the scope of the presentation, covering a brief profile of Politap, as well as innovations and collaborations undertaken in Public Information Openness.

The Director clarified various data submitted to the Ministry to ensure consistency with the upcoming presentation. The Director also expressed appreciation to all staff involved in information and documentation management. All participants provided input regarding the materials to be delivered in the self-presentation, aiming to achieve optimal appreciation.
