Director Shares Tips on Electronic Records Management

Tanah Laut, 17 November 2022. The Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) shared insights with lecturers and educational staff at Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut regarding electronic records management.

According to Endang, in today's era of digitalization, efforts to implement electronic-based archives must become a priority in service delivery. She noted that electronic archiving offers various benefits, such as improving budget efficiency, supporting the realization of one data, utilizing innovation outcomes, driving service integration, and supporting accreditation as well as the Integrity Zone towards WBK and WBBM.

Endang also shared the efforts undertaken at Politap to implement a paperless system through services and publications. To this end, she encouraged the adoption of electronic archiving across official records, business information system records, web network archives, and electronic messages from information systems. The Director also shared tips on managing digital archives based on experiences at Politap.
