Final Project Examination Requirements

For students wishing to take the Final Project examination, please download the Final Project Requirements Form at: http://bit.ly/formpersyaratanta

Attention:

1. The form consists of two sheets (1 sheet for BAAK and 1 sheet for the student).
2. The BAAK sheet must be returned by attaching physical proof: a certificate of PKL report submission to the department, a photocopy of
   payment receipts from semesters 1–8, a photocopy of KHS, a photocopy of the Final Project supervisor approval sheet, and a laboratory clearance certificate from the Head of the Laboratory.
3. If these requirements are not met, the final project examination cannot be processed.
