Politap and Sinar Group Collaborate to Boost Alumni Absorption in the Workforce

KETAPANG – Tuesday (28/06/2022). Held in the Director's office of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), Sinar Group paid a visit to discuss open recruitment to be conducted by Sinar Group. Sinar Group is opening opportunities, particularly for Politap alumni, to fill the required positions. The prioritized academic backgrounds include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Agroindustry.

HR Manager of Sinar Group, Yukli Gita Novaryansyah, S.H.,MH, recognized the potential of Politap alumni, noting that many Politap graduates are currently competent in the professional world, with some having already attained supervisory positions. In addition, Sinar Group implements a strategy of maintaining close ties with regional higher education institutions, thereby continuously enhancing the quality of human resources in Ketapang.

Politap, represented by Adha Panca Wardanu, S.TP, MP, Vice Director for Academic Affairs of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, enthusiastically welcomed the news. According to him, this serves as an excellent opportunity to increase the absorption rate of Politap alumni in the workforce. Politap is ready to provide facilities for walk-in interviews if needed.
