Ketapang, 12 May 2026 – Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) (Ketapang State Polytechnic, Politap) participated in the Ketapang Job Fair 2026 held on 12–13 May 2026. Politap's presence in this event was part of an effort to introduce vocational education to the public while providing information regarding New Student Admissions (PMB) for the 2026 Academic Year.
Through a booth set up during the job fair, Politap provided consultation services for high school and vocational school graduates as well as the general public who wished to learn more about industry-oriented vocational education, applied learning, and producing work-ready graduates.
Visitors obtained information about Politap's flagship study programs, practice-based curriculum, industry internship opportunities, and career prospects after graduation. In addition, the Politap PMB team provided direct explanations regarding admission tracks for new students, registration requirements, and various other academic information.
Politap's participation in the Ketapang Job Fair 2026 is expected to expand public access to information on higher vocational education while encouraging the younger generation to choose an education that equips them with competencies matching the needs of the business and industrial world.
