Ketapang, 29 November 2022 – The Director of Politap along with the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) of Politap delivered a public information disclosure self-assessment presentation as part of the Public Information Disclosure (KIP) assessment series within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. This online event was organized by the Bureau of Cooperation and Public Relations of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
The event was hosted by Lian Gayo as moderator, featuring the judges: Triana Nurchayati (Content Director and Senior Consultant at Magnitude Indonesia), Azizah (Central Information Commission), and Emi Salpiati (Coordinator of the Bureau of Cooperation and Public Relations).
Endang Kusmana, Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), presented the implementation of Public Information Disclosure at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, covering Politap's profile, innovations in public information disclosure including public information service innovations, the benefits of the innovations, and strategies for implementing and sustaining these innovations. Endang also highlighted collaborations encompassing the information provision process, information service process, and information dissemination process. In the concluding section, the Director shared the awards Politap has received in connection with public information disclosure.
According to Januarso, the vocational higher education institutions qualifying for the public information disclosure self-assessment presentation stage were Politap, Polimadura, Polibatam, Polipadang, and Polilampung.
