KETAPANG – Thursday (04/08/2022). Held in the Directorate Hall of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), an activity was conducted to synchronize the formulation of Employee Performance Targets (SKP) based on Key Performance Indicators (IKU). This activity was attended by all employees, including both lecturers and educational support staff, within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang.
Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance Encik Eko Rifkowaty in her opening remarks stated that this event followed up on the Letter of the Secretary General of Kemendikbudristek Number: 10413/A.A1/KU.06.2022 concerning the Preparation of Performance Agreements and the obligation to formulate Derivative (individual) Performance Agreements based on Key Performance Indicators. According to Encik, all employees within Politap have aligned their job descriptions with Individual Performance Indicators (IKI) derived from the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) agreed between the Director of Politap and the Director General of Vocational Education.
Meanwhile, Fathurahmi, as Politap Non-Academic Coordinator, stated that this activity served as synchronization because individual SKPs had been drafted previously, and a detailed explanation was provided today; if not yet completed, independent work would be conducted to make adjustments. Rahmi stated that this activity is expected to help all employees align their performance targets with the ministry's performance goals. This event was held to support the achievement of the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang in line with those of the ministry.
