Politap Holds SAKIP Assistance Session with DG Vocational Education Team

To improve the quality of Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) reporting within the Directorate General of Vocational Education, Ministry of Education and Culture, Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) received a visit from the SAKIP assistance team on 18 to 20 April 2021. The assistance team members from the Ministry were Dr. Yektiningtyastuti  and Irvan Hadiyanto, S.Kom.

The assistance session was attended by the Director, Vice Directors, Coordinators, Financial Managers, and the SAKIP drafting team in the meeting room of the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. Endang Kusmana presented on the 2020 SAKIP reporting, stating that Politap is committed to enhancing the quality of its reports through various innovations. The Director welcomed the presence of the SAKIP assistance team from the Directorate General of Vocational Education, as it helps identify weaknesses and shortcomings in SAKIP for subsequent improvement.

Meanwhile, the SAKIP team delivered a presentation on matters that must be covered in the reporting, including performance planning, performance measurement, performance evaluation, performance achievement, and performance reporting. The SAKIP team commended the improvements made across the 2019 reporting, 2020 reporting, and the 2021 conditions.
