Politap Holds Working Meeting on 2020 Activity and Budget Evaluation and 2021 Work Plan

Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) held a Working Meeting to evaluate the implementation of activities and budget for 2020 and plans for 2021, held on 21 and 22 December 2020 at the Grand Zuri Hotel. The meeting was attended by Vice Directors, Heads of Centers, Heads of Departments, Department Secretaries, Study Program Coordinators, Heads of Laboratories/Workshops, Division Heads, Subdivision Heads, Lecturer representatives, Education Personnel representatives, and the Chair and Secretary of the Senate. The activity was conducted by strictly implementing health protocols.

In his opening remarks, Endang Kusmana stated that this working meeting was one of the efforts to carry out transparency and accountability in the planning, implementation, reporting, and accountability of activity and budget management. It is important to know all the plans and evaluated results, as well as the follow-up actions to be implemented in 2021.

This event featured the Head of KPPN Ketapang, Ms. Agnes Sediana Milasari, who presented on Input Cost Standards in managing the 2021 budget. The agenda then continued with the presentation of the 2020 Activity and Budget Plan (RKA) reports and the 2021 RKA plans by the Vice Directors, Chair of the Senate, Heads of Centers  and  Heads of Departments.   The event concluded with games to enhance camaraderie among employees within Politap.
