Review of Politap Job Map

Held at the Best Western Senayan Hotel Jakarta on 9–11 March 2020, a review of the Job Map within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) was conducted. This job map is guided by the job map prepared in accordance with the 2014 Organization and Work Procedures, so it currently cannot be altered to meet present needs. The Job Map review aims to ensure the job map and the synchronization of employee staffing (bezetting) data within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang.

The Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, accompanied by the Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance, stated that based on this Job Map, job descriptions have been prepared for each employee, including lecturers, technicians, and other education support staff. In the near future, these job descriptions will be internalized to all staff members as they involve Daily Activities, Monthly Reports, Annual Reports (both semester and annual), and Employee Work Targets.

The Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance further added that Daily Activities are developed for descriptions of daily work that must be carried out by each employee, monthly reports that must be prepared, as well as semester and annual reports. Every employee's work will be verified and validated by their direct supervisor and assessing officials, where all reports prepared have been synchronized with the outputs and work targets that must be achieved by each employee.
