KETAPANG – In order to improve the effectiveness of budget proposals within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) through the Treasury Management Information System (SIMARA) Application, the management of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Politap) held a Socialization on the Use of the SIMARA Application. Held in the Hall of the Politap Directorate Building, the meeting was chaired by the Director of Politap and attended by the Vice Directors, Academic Coordinators, Non-Academic Coordinators, Heads of UPT, Heads of Department, Department Secretaries, Study Program Coordinators, and department administrators.
The matters discussed in the meeting were related to the addition or modification of features in the SIMARA application, technical workflow changes in letter submissions, as well as access rights for each unit or department.
The Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance urged that letter submissions (letterhead, subject, and letter numbering) from each unit must comply with official manuscript guidelines according to Director's Regulation No. 2/PL39/SP/2023. (Finan Su)
