Ketapang, 18 June 2026 – Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) held the Inauguration of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) on Thursday, 18 June 2026. This solemn event served as an important momentum in strengthening human resources while improving the quality of services and vocational education implementation within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang.
The inauguration ceremony was presided over directly by the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, Irianto, S.P., S.ST., M.MA. Representatives of Heads of Departments and Heads of Units within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang were also present to witness the ceremony as a form of support for strengthening institutional governance that is professional, accountable, and driven by integrity.
On this occasion, 10 employees of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang were officially inaugurated as State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The inaugurated personnel comprise academic staff (lecturers) and educational support staff who will carry out the mandate of supporting the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education and delivering quality academic and administrative services to the academic community and the public.
In his address, the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang conveyed that the ASN inauguration was not merely a ceremonial appointment, but a mandate that carries great responsibility in performing duties as public servants and servants of the state.
“Status as a State Civil Apparatus is a form of trust granted by the state. Therefore, every ASN must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, loyalty, and dedication in performing their duties. Be individuals who continually learn, adapt to the times, and deliver the best service for the advancement of the institution and society,” said the Director.
The Director also reminded that as part of a vocational higher education institution, all ASN within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang hold a strategic role in creating an academic environment that is high quality, innovative, and oriented toward the needs of the business world, industrial sector, and society.
For lecturers, this responsibility is realized through the execution of the Tridharma of Higher Education, which encompasses education, research, and community service. Meanwhile, educational support staff are expected to continually improve the quality of administrative services to be effective, responsive, and supportive of smooth academic operations and institutional governance.
This inauguration is also part of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang's efforts to strengthen institutional capacity through the development of competent human resources with high integrity. With the addition of these ASN, it is expected that the quality of educational services, administration, and various institutional development programs will be increasingly optimized in supporting Politeknik Negeri Ketapang's vision as an outstanding and competitive vocational college.
The inauguration ceremony proceeded with utmost solemnity, starting with the reading of the ASN appointment decree, the taking of the oath and pledge of office, the signing of the inauguration minutes, and congratulatory remarks delivered to all newly appointed ASN by the Director along with the leadership ranks.
Through this inauguration, Politeknik Negeri Ketapang hopes that all newly inaugurated ASN can carry out their mandate responsibly, uphold the core values of the State Civil Apparatus, and continually make their best contributions to institutional advancement, vocational education quality improvement, and Indonesian human resource development.
