A New Spirit at Politap: 8 CPNS Officially Join!

Ketapang, 10 June 2025 – Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) held a ceremony for the handover of the Civil Servant Candidate (CPNS) Decree to 8 new employees who have officially joined as part of the Politap extended family. This event took place in the 2nd Floor Hall of the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang Directorate Building in a solemn atmosphere filled with renewed spirit.

The event was attended by the Director of Politap, the Vice Directors, Unit Heads, Heads of Academic Support Units (UPA), and representatives from the Personnel Subdivision. In this handover, 8 CPNS received their decrees, consisting of 7 lecturers and 1 librarian.

In his address, the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang conveyed his hopes and message to the CPNS who had just received their decrees. He emphasized the importance of integrity, dedication, and the passion to continuously learn and contribute to vocational education.

“Being part of an educational institution is not merely about working, but about serving. Politeknik Negeri Ketapang needs individuals who are not only intellectually capable, but also possess the moral commitment to nurture a resilient and competitive generation,” said the Director.

He added that the presence of these new CPNS is expected to inject fresh energy and enthusiasm into efforts to enhance the quality of education and services across Politeknik Negeri Ketapang.

The Director also emphasized that all state civil apparatus (ASN) within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, including the newly joined CPNS, must adopt the Core Values ASN BerAKHLAK as a guide in their work and attitude. The BerAKHLAK values—which encompass Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative—are expected to serve as the foundation for performing duties professionally and with integrity.

The event concluded with the symbolic handover of decrees by the Director to each CPNS, followed by a joint photo session. This milestone marks the start of the service journey for the CPNS who are now officially part of this higher vocational education institution. (finn)
