Agroindustry Lecturer Conducts Training on Local Resource-Based Food Processing Business Development

KETAPANG – Tuesday (27/08/2024). Politap Agroindustry study program lecturer, Mrs. Ningrum Dwi Hastuti, S.TP., M.P., served as a speaker at the training on Local Resource-Based Food Processing Business Development on Tuesday, 27 August 2024 at BPP Muara Pawan.

The event was organized by the Ketapang Regency Department of Food Security and Fisheries and attended by the Women Farmers Group of Muara Pawan District.

On this occasion, Mrs. Ningrum shared material on local resource-based food processing business development, particularly the processing of shrimp and moringa leaf (moringa oleifera) nuggets, followed by hands-on processing practice with the training participants.
