Agroindustry Lecturer Provides Training on Flagship Village Products

On Thursday, 12 May 2022, at the Sungai Besar Village meeting hall, Matan Hilir Selatan District, Ketapang Regency, an infrastructure support event for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) of Sungai Besar Village was held. This activity featured production and packaging training for village products, attended by MSME entrepreneurs. The event was held in collaboration between Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) and the Sungai Besar Village administration.

Ningrum Dwi Hastuti, a lecturer from the Agroindustry Study Program at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, provided training on technical production meeting quality standards for flagship products in Sungai Besar Village, covering both product quality and packaging.

The event committee chair, Retno Cahyani, welcomed the involvement of academics in enhancing the quality of flagship village products, stating that they warmly appreciate the implementation of research findings and community service from Politap.
