Announcement of the 2019/2020 Academic Year Yudisium

It is hereby announced to the 10th-batch students that the Yudisium for the D3 and D4 Programs of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) will be held on 13-15 October 2020. Considering
that the 10th-batch Yudisium for the 2019/2020 Academic Year takes place during the COVID-19 emergency response period, students who have registered as Yudisium participants in their respective Study Programs must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. During the Yudisium, students are required to follow COVID-19 prevention protocols (mandatory: washing hands, undergoing temperature checks, and wearing a face shield/mask).
  2. The Yudisium will be held in the new lecture building.
  3. The Yudisium schedule for each Department/Study Program follows the attached schedule.
  4. Yudisium participants must arrive 30 minutes before the event begins and sit in seats arranged by the committee.
  5. Attendance cannot be represented by a proxy, and participants (students) who fail to attend will have their Yudisium postponed to the following period.
  6. Dress Code for Yudisium
  • Men: White shirt, black tie, black trousers (no jeans), formal dress shoes,
    and alma mater jacket.
  • Women: White shirt, black trousers/long skirt (no jeans), black tie, formal dress shoes, black hijab
    (for those wearing a hijab), and alma mater jacket.

Participants attending the Yudisium are those who have registered via Siakad or through their Study Program (for Civil Engineering students). Participants are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from entering the room if they do not comply with health protocols.

    a. 09.00 – 11.00: Mechanical Engineering and Mining Technology Study Programs
    b. 14.00 – 15.00: Information Technology Study Program
  2. Wednesday, 14 October 2020
    a. 09.00 – 11.00: Agroindustry and Plantation Product Technology Study Programs
    b. 14.00 – 15.00: Plantation Product Technology Study Program
  3. Thursday, 15 October 2020
    a. 09.00 – 11.00: Electrical Technology and Civil Engineering Study Programs
