Assistance Team Appreciates Politap's Efforts to Establish Integrity Zone Towards WBK-WBBM

Held in the Politap Director's meeting room on Tuesday, 27 April 2021, the Integrity Zone Development Team toward Corruption-Free Area (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) held an information-sharing session during assistance activities for Politeknik Negeri Ketapang toward an Integrity Zone (WBK/WBBM) alongside an Assistance Team from the Directorate General of Vocational Education. Present at the meeting were the Director, Vice Directors, Politap's Integrity Zone WBK/WBBM Team, and advisors from Ditjen Diksi, Mr. Nurhakim and Mrs. Agustine Asbar.

The event was opened by the Head of Politap's WBK/WBBM Integrity Zone Team, Tardi Kurniawan, followed by a presentation from the Director of Politap. The Director shared progress on developing the Integrity Zone within Politap, covering change management,  strengthening supervision, strengthening performance accountability, strengthening governance procedures, strengthening the apparatus HR management system, and improving the quality of  public services. The Director also highlighted various initiatives undertaken, including the utilization of information systems across all services, publication of information on the official website, and continuous efforts to realize the Integrity Zone.

The session continued with information sharing regarding the assistance team's experience in mentoring work units to achieve an Integrity Zone toward WBK/WBBM. Mr. Nurhakim expressed appreciation for the efforts made by Politap in advancing its duties and functions across all services for staff, students, and other stakeholders. On this occasion, feedback was also provided regarding supporting documents that Politap still needs to complete. Echoing Mr. Nurhakim, Mrs. Agustine commended Politap management's initiative to implement integrated services as an effort to enhance services to be more effective and efficient. She suggested that Politap highlight the positive impact of its innovations on the community, particularly regarding "Politap Membangun Vokasi Dari Desa" (Politap Building Vocational Education from Villages) as the distinctive hallmark of the polytechnic in Ketapang.
