Director Attends Rental Flats Handover Event

The Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) attended the facilitation for accelerated occupancy and management as well as asset documentation assistance for rental flats in Palembang on 3–4 July 2019, organized by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, as a higher education institution receiving rental flat assistance, has completed all necessary documents to expedite the handover, including: 1) A copy of the land certificate, 2) A statement of authenticity for the land certificate copy, 3) A copy of the building permit (IMB), 4) A statement of authenticity for the building permit copy, 5) A statement of acceptance from the Director, 6) A copy of the decree establishing Politap.

The rental flats within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang will be utilized for Politeknik Negeri Ketapang students under general requirements: 1) Politap new students as a priority, 2) Physically and mentally healthy (free from infectious/dangerous diseases) verified by a medical certificate, 3) Originating from outside Ketapang (proven by valid identity documents), 4) Agreeing not to marry while living in the dormitory, 5) Parental consent, except for Partnership Program students, 6) Unmarried (proven by a written statement), 7) Willing to cooperate with fellow residents, 8) Fulfilling all other requirements specified by the Management Team.
