Director Calls on Politap Mapala to Care for Villages

Taking place on the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) campus on Monday, 25 January 2021, the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang opened the 7th Batch Basic Training (Prakdiksar) orientation of the Berayo Mengelitar Rimbak Borneo (BMRB) Student Nature Lovers (Mapala). The event was attended by training participants, Mapala BMRB officers, and Mapala advisor Hairian Rahmadi.

In his opening remarks, the Director encouraged Politap Mapala to contribute to the success of Politap Membangun Vokasi Dari Desa (Politap Building Vocational Education from Villages). Through this initiative, it is hoped that Mapala's commitment to village development will be further strengthened through their activities. On this occasion, the Director also expressed his hope that Mapala would pay attention to the campus environment by educating campus community members to care for their surroundings. Meanwhile, Mapala advisor Hairian Rahmadi conveyed that this event was the seventh batch of basic training for Mapala BMRB, ensuring that all Mapala members understand the work programs to enhance Mapala's role in supporting Politap Membangun Vokasi Dari Desa.
