Through community service activities involving the Student Executive Board, Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) organized a charity event distributing staple food items to underprivileged residents affected by the COVID-19 pandemic around the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang campus area.
On Tuesday, 26 January 2021, in the Director's meeting room, Politap Director Endang Kusmana received representatives of the aid recipients and stated that this activity was an expression of Politap's care for residents affected by COVID-19. “Politap is grateful to the residents who attended; hopefully, this assistance helps with your worldly needs, while you have helped improve our affairs in the hereafter,” Endang conveyed. Meanwhile, the Politap BEM was very enthusiastic about distributing this aid because, based on their assessment, many residents living around the campus were affected by COVID-19, which impacted their ability to meet their daily necessities.
