Director Inaugurates 23 ASN-PPPK, Emphasizes Discipline and Work Ethic

KETAPANG – Friday (07/06/2024). The Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), Irianto SP, S.ST., M.MA., inaugurated 23 State Civil Apparatus Government Employees with Work Agreements (ASN-PPPK) from the 2023 recruitment within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, consisting of 19 teaching staff (lecturers) and 4 educational support staff.

The inauguration of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Politap) is one of the mandates of Law No. 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus.

In his remarks, Irianto stated that this inauguration certainly strengthens the human resources at Politap.

“Of the 23 people inaugurated, nearly half are employees who have served with a tenure of more than 16 years. Naturally, the change in status brings a different nuance; those inaugurated will become more confident in carrying out daily activities and will further enhance their enthusiasm, motivation, and creativity in seizing opportunities and facing challenges so that the Politap campus will become of higher quality in line with its vision, namely ‘becoming an excellent higher education institution in agriculture and mining at both national and international levels’,” he said.

Before concluding his remarks, Irianto advised the inaugurated PPPK to comply with all existing rules and regulations in performing their duties to improve organizational performance.

“Cultivate high discipline and work ethic, and maintain integrity,” he concluded.
