Director Leads Staff Performance Evaluation Meeting

Held in the auditorium on the 2nd floor of the directorate building, on Monday (14/08/2023), Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) held a performance evaluation meeting. This activity was led directly by the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, Irianto Sastro Prawiro, S.ST., M.MA, accompanied by the Vice Director for Academic Affairs, Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance, and Vice Director for Student Affairs.

During this event, the Director invited all work units and staff to discuss the recapitulation of employee attendance in the first semester of 2023. This was carried out to support the achievement of performance indicators at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang.

The Director stated that this activity also aimed to maintain camaraderie among staff and, most importantly, evaluate employee performance over the past month. The Director urged all attending staff to improve discipline and responsibility in carrying out their respective duties.
