Director Urges CPNS to Strengthen Politap's Branding

On Monday, 25 July 2022, in the Director's meeting room at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), appointment decrees for Candidate Civil Servants (CPNS) were officially handed over to new CPNS personnel within Politap. Present at this meeting were the Vice Directors, non-academic coordinators, and human resources management staff.

In his briefing during the handover of the decrees, Endang Kusmana, Director of Politap, stated that the presence of 11 (eleven) CPNS is a blessing to reinforce the execution of organizational duties and functions in achieving Politap's vision, mission, goals, and targets. The Director elaborated on the importance of human resources in reaching the strategic targets established by the ministry.

Endang explained that his administration has translated the ministry's Main Performance Indicators (IKU)—mandated by the Director General of Vocational Education to the Director—into Individual Performance Indicators (IKI) for every employee, so that each staff member is expected to execute their duties and functions professionally. He also introduced the institution's core work values, Politap Four’S (Smart, Speed, Solid, and Sincere). According to Endang, work requires intelligence, speed, and solidarity blended with sincerity so that every action becomes an act of worship. On this occasion, the Director also called on the CPNS to help strengthen Politap's branding.
