West Kalimantan Governor Supports National Food Security Seminar at Politap

On Sunday, 25 July 2022, the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) was received by the Governor of West Kalimantan, H.Sutarmidji, SH, M.Hum, at the West Kalimantan Governor's Pavilion. This visit was in order to request the Governor's willingness to be the keynote speaker at the Politap National Seminar, to be held in November 2022, focusing on food security.

The Director of Politap conveyed the strategic role of Politap in West Kalimantan and the progress of the implementation of the tridharma of higher education at Politap, encompassing education, research, and community service.

The Governor of West Kalimantan welcomed the initiative and expressed his readiness to be the keynote speaker at the national seminar held at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, which will be organized in a hybrid format and attended by researchers from universities across Indonesia.
