Endang Kusmana Officially Inaugurated as Director of Politap

The elected Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), Endang Kusmana, officially assumed office as the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang for the 2018–2022 period.

The elected Director was directly inaugurated by the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Mohamad Nasir, at the Kemenristekdikti auditorium, Building D, Senayan, Jakarta, on Thursday (20/12/2018).

On that occasion, Mohamad Nasir congratulated the elected rector and reminded them of the demands facing state higher education institutions (PTN).

“The upcoming challenge is the era of globalization, where higher education institutions must excel at both the national and international levels,” he stated.

Nasir called on the elected Director to maintain the campus as a forum for knowledge development.

“Please maintain the campus as a developer of knowledge toward higher quality. Create a positive campus atmosphere that remains united,” Nasir said.

During the occasion, Nasir also asked the higher education leadership to realize good governance that is transparent, measurable, and responsible.

Following the inauguration, Endang Kusmana received congratulations directly from the previous Director of Politap, Dr Ir Hj Nurmala MM, and the academic community of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang.
