Heading to PORSENI XV 2026, POLITAP Extends Full Support to Athlete Contingent

Ketapang, 21 July 2026 – Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) (Ketapang State Polytechnic, POLITAP) officially sent off the athlete contingent that will compete in the 2026 15th All-Indonesian Polytechnic Sports and Arts Week (PORSENI XV). The send-off ceremony took place in the Directorate Hall of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang on Tuesday (21/7/2026) and was attended by college leaders, lecturers, administrative staff, as well as the contingent and athletes representing POLITAP at the national event.

The send-off serves as both institutional support and appreciation for the students who have undergone selection and training to represent Politeknik Negeri Ketapang at the national level. PORSENI XV for Polytechnics across Indonesia is a prestigious event bringing together polytechnic students from across the country to compete in sports and arts.

In his remarks, the Director of POLITAP expressed his hope that all athletes would showcase their best abilities while upholding sportsmanship, discipline, and a spirit of togetherness.

“Your participation is not only to pursue achievements, but also to bring honor to Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. Compete with passion, uphold sportsmanship, support one another, and use this experience as a stepping stone for continuous growth.”

Beyond being a competition, PORSENI is also expected to serve as a platform for students to expand their networks, exchange experiences, and boost their confidence in competing at the national level.
