Inspectorate Evaluates Politap's Implementation of WBK/WBBM Integrity Zone

Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) received a visit from the Inspectorate Team of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology from 1–4 June 2021, consisting of Mr. Sukatno and Mrs. Dyah Makarti Perwitasari. The team came to evaluate the implementation of the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Area (ZI WBK) / Clean and Serving Bureaucracy Area (WBBM). The team conducted an evaluation of the Evaluation Worksheet and supporting data for the implementation of the WBK and WBBM Integrity Zone within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang.

Director of Politap Endang Kusmana presented the implementations that have currently been carried out for change management, governance structuring, human resource management system structuring, accountability strengthening, supervision strengthening, and public service quality improvement. According to Endang, to accelerate the implementation of ZI WBK WBBM, his institution adopted the slogan 'Politap Four-S', namely: 1) Smart, every member of the academic community must be astute and meticulous in observing things, consistently creative with new ideas, and prioritize logical thinking in problem-solving; 2) Speed, every member of the academic community must be swift in delivering services, treating others as they would like to be treated, and continuously improving service delivery systems; 3) Sincere, every member of the academic community must uphold sincerity, ethics, and integrity in academic life, research, and community service, and in carrying out their respective professions must adhere firmly to prevailing norms and regulations on campus, in society, the state, and religion; and 4) Solid, working by prioritizing unity and collaboration for the benefit of Politap. Meanwhile, the Inspectorate team appreciated the efforts undertaken by Politap and reviewed the supporting documents held by the institution, advising that several components require further disclosure and reinforcement in supporting data to ensure the subsequent process proceeds smoothly.
