Kickoff of Payakkumang Village Service Digitalization

On Thursday, 13 June 2022, at the Payakkumang Village Office, the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) and his team held a kickoff meeting for the implementation of e-Government in village services in Payakkumang Village. This was the second meeting held to support Payakkumang Village in becoming a digital village.

The kickoff meeting was attended by the Director, the Politap Information Technology team, the partnership team, public relations, the Village Head, and Payakkumang Village officials from Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency. During this event, a digital service simulation and the implementation plan for e-Government in village services were presented.

Politeknik Negeri Ketapang fully supports Payakkumang Village in becoming a digital village through an e-Government design developed as a research product by Politeknik Negeri Ketapang lecturers. Eka Wahyudi, representing the Information Technology lecturer team of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, provided an overview of the e-Government design that will be used by the Payakkumang Village Office to assist in village information processing and village services. The next agenda will be technical guidance for operators and village officials to implement the village information system, which will be held at the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang campus. The Head of Payakkumang Village, Hadi Supratman, appreciated the innovation of Politap lecturers in designing e-Government, which is believed to enhance service quality in Payakkumang Village through electronic-based village services.
