Politap and Bank Kalbar Syariah Promote Halal Certification for MSMEs

On Tuesday, 7 June 2022, the Director of Politap and the Head of the Cooperation and International Relations Group, Martanto, held an informal coffee meeting with the Branch Manager of Bank Kalbar Syariah Ketapang, Rudi, to discuss plans for technical guidance on halal product assistance for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ketapang.

The Director of Politap stated that the institution currently has lecturers with expertise in halal product assistance, auditing, and provision. Therefore, Politap is ready to conduct technical guidance for MSMEs up to registration in the OSS system. Endang added that his party would collaborate with Bank Kalbar Syariah for this activity.

Meanwhile, Rudi, the Branch Manager of Bank Kalbar Syariah Ketapang, welcomed the initiative and expressed readiness to encourage MSMEs to obtain halal certificates through technical guidance activities developed together with Politap.
