Politap Collaborates with IAGI to Improve Higher Education Tri Dharma Quality

Held at the Conference Building Theater Room of Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak, Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) signed a cooperation agreement with the Indonesian Association of Geologists (IAGI) West Kalimantan on 8 October 2019. Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang Endang Kusmana and Chairman of IAGI West Kalimantan Hendri Wahyudi agreed to collaborate within the scope of 1) Development of Systems, Models, and/or Masterplans, 2). Research, Development, Education, and Training, 3). Assessment of Strategic Issues, 4). Assessment and Formulation of proposals regarding Natural Resource Governance Policies, particularly in the Fields of Geology and Mining.

Endang Kusmana stated that his institution continues to develop itself by collaborating with various parties committed to human resource development. The partnership with IAGI focuses on human resource development in the Department of Mining Engineering.
