Politap Director Reviews Civil Servant Ranks for Diploma Three Graduates with Diksi Team

BANDUNG – Monday (06/07/2022). Taking place at the Aston Hotel Bandung, the Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) attended the Civil Servant (PNS) Rank and Grade Study for Diploma Three (D3) Graduates. The event was attended by the Director of Institutional Affairs and Resources of Diksi, Mr. Henri Tambunan; Prof. Dr. Bernadette Mulyati Waluyo, SH, MH, CN (Universitas Katolik Parahyangan); Prof. Dr. Johannes Gunawan, S.H., LL.M. (Universitas Katolik Parahyangan); M.Fajar Subkhan, S.T., M.T. (Politeknik Negeri Madiun); DR. Zainal Arief, ST, MT. (Politeknik Teknologi Nuklir Indonesia); and the Institutional and HR Working Group of Diksi.

The Director of Institutional Affairs and Resources of Diksi, Mr. Henri Tambunan, stated that this activity is an effort to support the improvement of the quality and relevance of vocational higher education by conducting a study on the civil servant ranks and grades for D3 graduates.

The activity was led by  Prof. Dr. Johannes Gunawan, S.H., LL.M., who delivered a presentation on the challenges, scope, and harmonization of the study on civil servant ranks and grades for D3 graduates. The presentation received feedback from attendees and generated various arguments to complement the study to be proposed to the Director of Institutional Affairs and Resources of Diksi.
