Politap Holds Qurban Slaughter with Industry Partners

KETAPANG – Monday (11/07/2022).  The academic community of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) (Ketapang State Polytechnic, Politap) conducted the slaughter of sacrificial animals in commemoration of  Eid al-Adha 1443 Hijri. The activity was held on the grounds of the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang Directorate Building.

Director of Politap Endang Kusmana, who attended the event, stated that this sacrificial animal slaughter is carried out consistently every year, involving employee participation and industry support. The sacrificial meat was distributed to eligible recipients as an expression of Politap's care.

This year's sacrificial animals consisted of 2 cows and 4 goats, and the slaughtering process proceeded smoothly without any obstacles. The slaughtered sacrificial animals were  weighed and then distributed to Politap employees and the community around the Politap campus.

Deden Nugraha, as head of this year's Politap sacrificial animal slaughter committee, hoped that the number of sacrifices would increase next year so that Politap can share with more people in need. (Finan Su)
