Politap Director Shares Insights on PBL Implementation

On Wednesday, 13 April 2022, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) initiated by the Directorate General of Academic Affairs of Vocational Education was held via the Zoom Meeting application. This activity was conducted as part of developing learning models in vocational higher education institutions, regarding the implementation of PBL in vocational higher education with an exemplary model already implemented at Politeknik Negeri Batam.

This event was attended by the Director of Academic Affairs of Vocational Higher Education, Director of Politeknik Negeri Batam, Director of Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya, Director of Politeknik Perkapalan Negeri Surabaya, Director of Politeknik Negeri Jember, Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), Director of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, Director of Politeknik Negeri Pangkajene Kepulauan, Coordinator for Learning and Student Affairs of Dit. APTV, Sub-coordinator for Learning of Dit. APTV, Agus Nugroho (Sekolah Vokasi UGM), Pipit Anggraeni (Politeknik Manufaktur Bandung), Surateno (Politeknik Negeri Jember), Revalin Herdianto (Politeknik Negeri Padang), Darma Firmansyah Undayat (Politeknik Manufaktur Bandung), Ahmad Riyad Firdaus (Politeknik Negeri Batam), Happy Bahagiati (Dit. APTV), Alman Pawzy (Dit, APTV)  and Sri Damayanti (Dit. APTV)

The Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, who attended the meeting, was given the opportunity to share information regarding the implementation of Project-Based Learning applied at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. According to Endang, PBL serves as a test of leadership, encompassing organizational leadership, operational leadership, and public leadership.
