On Thursday, 9 June 2022, at the Directorate Hall of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), employees of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang signed the Integrity Pact for the Development of the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Area (WBK). This event was attended by all Politap employees, including Civil Servants and Government Employees with Work Agreements (P3K). Also present on this occasion were 11 prospective civil servants recruited in 2021.
Director of Politap Endang Kusmana in his opening remarks conveyed that this event served to disseminate information to all employees and maintain their commitment regarding the development of the Integrity Zone towards a Corruption-Free Area. Endang added that this year the institution launched Politap Lugas, namely Logis (Logical), Unggul (Superior), Gemilang (Brilliant), Amanah (Trustworthy), and Sinergi (Synergy).
The Director explained the meaning of Lugas: Logis means every member of the academic community must think smartly and logically at work; Unggul means every member of the academic community must strive optimally by dedicating all their capabilities; Gemilang means every member of the academic community must perform to achieve the best and most beneficial results; Amanah means every member of the academic community must take sincere responsibility according to the trust granted by the organization; and Sinergi means every member of the academic community must remain solid and work together in synergy for the common interest.
