Politap Finalizes 2026 RKAT Through Technical Working Meeting

Ketapang, 23–24 June 2025 — Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) (Ketapang State Polytechnic, Politap) held a Technical Working Meeting (Ratek) to formulate the 2026 Annual Activity and Budget Plan (RKAT) and evaluate the implementation of the current year's budget. This activity is a strategic annual agenda in supporting accountable institutional governance oriented toward achieving institutional performance.

The Ratek event was scheduled to take place over two days, from Monday to Tuesday, 23–24 June 2025, on the 2nd Floor of the Director Building, Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. The meeting commenced at 08:00 WIB and was attended by representatives from all work units, departments, and study programs within Politap.

Through official invitation letter number 707/PL39/SK/PR.01.00/2025 dated 12 June 2025, participants were requested to attend and participate in formulating the 2026 program and budget plan aligned with the institution's policy directions and each unit's needs. In addition, this event served as an evaluation of current-year budget implementation and achievements as a form of performance accountability.

Through this activity, all work units across Politap are expected to be able to formulate measurable, data-driven activity plans aligned with the institution's vision and mission. The active involvement of all participants in this planning process marks an initial step toward realizing effective, efficient, and accountable higher education governance. (Finn)
