Politap HIMATEK Holds Student Creativity Competition

KETAPANG – Wednesday (20/07/2022). In celebration of the 7th Dies Natalis of the Department of Electrical Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), the Electrical Engineering Student Association (HIMATEK) organized various competitions, one of which was the Student Creativity Competition. The event took place in the Hall of the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang Directorate Building, attended by high school and vocational school students in Ketapang. The judges for this competition were the Vice Director for Academic Affairs, a representative of Electrical Engineering lecturers, and a representative of the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang BEM.

The competition was participated in by 8 study programs, representing all study programs at Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. Each study program sent 1 team consisting of 4 members. All participants taking part in this competition will receive certificates of appreciation, and the winners will be awarded trophies and coaching funds.

Students crafted handiworks in line with their respective study program backgrounds and presented them before the forum. The presentations were judged directly to select the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners as well as a favorite winner. The competition winners will be announced on Friday, 22 July 2022 during the closing ceremony of the 7th Dies Natalis  series of the Department of Electrical Engineering in the Hall of the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang Directorate Building.
