Politap Ready to Open Employee Class for PLTU Ketapang

The Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) and the Manager of PLTU Ketapang, Santoso Dwi Laksono, signed a partnership agreement to enhance human resource quality through the opening of a focused class for PLTU employees, student internships, industry lecturers, and practitioner lecturers (Thursday, 10 September 2020). Endang Kusmana, Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang, presented during the signing ceremony the "Politap Builds Vocational Education from Villages" program, a collaboration among polytechnics, vocational high schools, industry, government, and villages.

The Director hoped that the collaboration between Politap and PLTU would strengthen the link and match between vocational education and industry, ensuring that the human resource quality required by industry can be realized. The Director also presented various programs related to vocational development in Ketapang by enhancing Politap's role in the development of Ketapang Regency.

Meanwhile, the Manager of PLTU Ketapang expressed support for Politeknik Negeri Ketapang's program to build vocational education from villages, which will naturally improve the quality of Ketapang's human resources. He hoped that technical discussions regarding the collaboration could be followed up in subsequent activities.
