Politap Supports One-Stop Digital Services

The Director of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), accompanied by the Head of Department of Informatics Engineering Eka Wahyudi, Head of the Cooperation Working Group Martanto, cooperation staff Amanda, and Informatics Engineering Lecturer M.Razy, conducted a working visit to the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services Office (DPMPTSP) of Ketapang Regency on 4 February 2021. The Director of Politap and the team were received by the Head of the Agency, Division Heads, and other related officials.

Head of the Agency Syamsul Islami, S.IP, MT welcomed the visit of the Director and the team to DPMPTSP and explained the duties and functions of DPMPTSP in fostering the investment climate, including governance within the licensing system. Looking ahead, he hoped that DPMPTSP and Politap could collaborate to create mutual synergies.

Meanwhile, the Director of Politap welcomed the planned collaboration, noting that Politap has responsibilities in education, research, and community service; thus, according to its capacity, it is ready to help realize one-stop digitalization in licensing processes at DPMPTSP of Ketapang Regency. In the closing session, DPMPTSP delivered a brief presentation regarding urgent needs in the licensing process, while the Politap team presented information system implementations currently underway at Politap. Both parties agreed to exchange technical information to develop institutional synergies for an improved investment climate in Ketapang Regency.
