Politap's Plantation Crop Production Technology Study Program Holds 2023 Vocational Competitive Fund Monev

KETAPANG – The D4 Plantation Crop Production Technology (TPTP) Study Program carried out the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of the 2023 Vocational Competitive Fund Program on Tuesday, 28 November 2023, in the Lecturer Room of the Plantation Crop Production Technology Study Program.

The Vocational Competitive Fund Program is an initiative that encourages and facilitates vocational higher education to prepare human resources with superior and relevant technical skill competencies through: (1) enhancing governance and partnerships; (2) improving learning quality and innovation through teaching factory and flagship products; and (3) facilitating students within the freedom to learn program, which leads to increased graduate employability by strengthening teaching factory capacity and flagship products toward achieving superior Vocational Higher Education Institutions (PTV).

This program is organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) in support of the government's efforts to achieve the Golden Indonesia 2045 Vision. Through this program, the government alongside Kemdikbudristek encourages every Vocational Higher Education Institution to produce high-quality human resources so that Indonesian talent remains competitive in the global arena.

In accordance with its name, the Vocational Competitive Fund is intended for all PTVs across Indonesia. Given the competitive nature of the program, not all PTVs can submit proposals; they must meet established requirements and criteria. Each PTV must first satisfy criteria divided into three categories to qualify as a program proposer. Regarding the requirements for this Vocational Competitive Fund program, both general and specific requirements apply.

Politap's Plantation Crop Production Technology Study Program submitted a proposal and successfully became a recipient of the 2023 Vocational Competitive Fund. Conducting this monitoring and evaluation is mandatory to supervise, monitor, and ensure that the funds are well-managed. The Monev was attended by the Vice Director for Academic Affairs, a reviewer team, technical team, finance team, planning team, Head of the PHP Department, TPTP Study Program Coordinator, TPTP Study Program lecturers, and the TPTP Study Program administrator.(Finn/Humas)
