Politeknik Negeri Ketapang Holds Technical Coordination Meeting for 2027 Budget Planning and Semester I 2026 Budget Evaluation

North Kayong, 25-26 June 2026 – Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) (Ketapang State Polytechnic, POLITAP) held a Technical Coordination Meeting (Ratek) for the Preparation of the 2027 Activity and Budget Plan (RKA) and the 2026 Semester I Budget Performance Evaluation on 25–26 June 2026 at Rumah Singgah Bukit Paoh, North Kayong Regency.

This event was attended by institutional leadership, heads of departments, unit heads, as well as academic and administrative staff within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. The coordination meeting served as a strategic forum to evaluate program execution and budget absorption during the first semester of 2026, while formulating activity plans and budgeting that are more effective, efficient, and aligned with institutional development policy directions for 2027.

Throughout the meeting, participants reviewed the performance achievements of each work unit, identified challenges in program implementation, and formulated activity priorities oriented toward enhancing the quality of educational services, research, community service, and institutional governance.

Through this Technical Coordination Meeting, Politeknik Negeri Ketapang is committed to strengthening synergy across units, enhancing budget management accountability, and delivering high-quality planning to support the realization of excellent, adaptive, and impactful vocational higher education governance for the community.
