SAKIP Team Conducts Second-Quarter KPI Monitoring and Evaluation

KETAPANG – Thursday (14/07/2022). Taking place in the Director's Meeting Room of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic), a meeting was held to monitor and evaluate the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) for the second quarter within Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. The meeting attended by the SAKIP (Government Agency Performance Accountability System) Team discussed performance measurement for the second quarter of the 2022 fiscal year.

During the meeting, the performance achievements for the second quarter of 2022 were presented. Performance achievements covered 10 (ten) Key Performance Indicators (IKU). Several KPIs have exceeded the established targets, but some KPIs have not yet been achieved. Management continues to strive through improvements and accelerating the achievement of the KPIs. To that end, necessary steps have been taken.

Various suggestions and inputs have been received to improve Key Performance Indicator achievements. The SAKIP Team of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang will continue to coordinate, evaluate, and collaborate with the units responsible for activities so that performance indicator achievements in the subsequent quarter can be attained and improved.
