Schedule Announcement for the 9th Yudisium and Graduation

Based on the Graduation Committee announcement number B/18/PL39.1/WA.00.00/2019, it is hereby conveyed to final-year students of the Diploma IV and Diploma
III Programs who have completed their final projects and registration administration at BAAK regarding the following matters:

1. The Yudisium will be held on:
Day/Date: Monday, 30 September 2019
Venue: Aston Hotel
Time: 07:00 WIB – Finish (mandatory to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts)
Dress Code: Men (white shirt, black suit, black tie, black/dark fabric trousers)
Women (wearing national creative kebaya)

2. Academic gown and invitation collection can be completed on:
Day/Date: Monday, 30 September 2019
Venue: BAAK Room
Time: 14:00 WIB – Finish
By bringing the gown collection slip and the gown deposit receipt

3. The Rehearsal for the 9th Graduation will be held on:
Day/Date: Tuesday, 1 October 2019
Venue: Borneo Hotel
Time: 14:00 WIB – Finish

4. The 9th Graduation Ceremony will be held on:
Day/Date: Wednesday, 2 October 2019
Venue: Borneo Hotel
Time: 07:00 WIB (mandatory to arrive 30 minutes before the event starts
Dress Code: Men (Academic gown, white shirt, and black fabric trousers)
Women (Academic gown and national creative kebaya)
