Socialization of e-SKP for ASN Employees at Politap

KETAPANG – The Personnel Subdivision of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) held a Socialization of the Electronic Employee Performance Target (e-SKP) on Friday, 12 December 2023, in the 2nd Floor Hall of the Politeknik Negeri Ketapang Directorate Building.

The socialization was attended by all ASN employees, including lecturers and educational staff (tendik), within Politap. The Non-Academic Coordinator, Fathurrrahmi, SE., MM., opened the event, followed by a presentation on the preparation of e-SKP by the Vice Director for General Affairs and Finance, Yusuf, S.ST., M.T.

Employee Performance Targets (SKP) are annual work plans and targets to be achieved by an ASN employee, which are then compiled into a web-based application known as e-SKP. Generally, the preparation of SKP is based on strategic planning, performance agreements, and job descriptions.

This socialization was conducted to build the capacity of ASN employees at Politap regarding the preparation of e-SKP, as it is essential for performance evaluation. This refers to the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Utilization and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (PermenPANRB) No. 6 of 2022 on the Performance Management of State Civil Apparatus Employees.
