Ketapang, 1 August 2025 – Politeknik Negeri Ketapang (Ketapang State Polytechnic) (Ketapang State Polytechnic - Politap) held the Inauguration and Oath-Taking Ceremony for Structural Officials and the Violence Prevention and Handling Task Force (PPKPT) on Friday (1/8) in the 2nd Floor Directorate Building Hall.
The solemn event was attended by campus leadership, the Head of the Academic Senate, Head of SPI, Heads of Departments, unit heads, lecturers, educational staff, and students. The inauguration was led directly by the Director of Politap, Irianto SP, S.ST., M.MA., in accordance with the provisions of BKN Regulation Number 21 of 2017.
In his remarks, the Director of Politap emphasized that this inauguration is not merely a change of positions, but a mandate to make a tangible contribution to the institution's advancement.
“A position is not merely a status, but an opportunity to do more and be part of the advancement of Politeknik Negeri Ketapang. I hope all inaugurated officials can carry out their duties with full responsibility, discipline, and a spirit of togetherness,” he said.
Specifically to the PPKPT Task Force, the Director emphasized their strategic role in maintaining a safe, inclusive campus environment free from violence, discrimination, and bullying.
“I believe this Task Force will be at the forefront of safeguarding the campus's dignity as a healthy and comfortable shared home for everyone,” he added.
This inauguration is expected to strengthen organizational governance and ensure the creation of a conducive academic environment, in line with Politap's commitment as a vocational higher education institution that upholds integrity and professionalism. (Finn)
